Anna is an enthusiastic yoga practitioner, and a certified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance RYT500. Having left the corporate world, she is now dedicated to expanding her knowledge and sharing the benefits of yoga and its holistic approach to personal wellbeing. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin with the emphasis on alignment, breath, and self-study. With the strong belief that yoga is an outstanding healing practice for EVERY body, she also offers Chair Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork classes. Anna shares special passion for Yoga for Sports and Meridian Yoga, which incorporates the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine on energy pathways into the asanas.
