Yoga Kashmir Shaivism School of Yoga, a certified 200hrs, 300hrs, and Prenatal Yoga School registered with Yoga Alliance US, will be in Kuwait from the 21st of October to the 18th of November to give a 200hrs RYT.
Deepen your practice, increase awareness in your body, bring proper alignment and anatomical understanding into your yoga practice.
Amit and Lina, are certified Iyengar instructors who have trained with the late BKS Iyengar. They bring to you a very rich course of 200 hours, includes studying 4 different styles of yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Integrative. They have also created their own teaching style where they merge the authentic traditional Indian teachings of yoga, which is 1000’s of years old, with a western approach to analytical understanding and modern flow of movement.

darātmā is a respite from the daily pressures and stresses of life. All are welcome to come here, practice yoga, receive reiki, or be in meditation. It is a place of no judgments, just acceptance.
Yoga on offer: Restorative, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha.
Reiki practiced is Reiki: Jin Kei Do, the Way of Compassion and Wisdom. Private sessions and courses are available. Please follow the blog for any updates on our next reiki workshop.
